Health & Fitness

It is important to maintain physical health and fitness. We don’t currently have any particular health and fitness programmes, but even just engaging in light activity at the Shed is beneficial. In the past we have arranged evening meetings with a speaker to talk about men’s health issues, and we will do so again when opportunities arise.

The Shed would support any initiatives in the area of health and fitness if there were sufficient interest, such as:

  • Short guided walks
  • Cookery
  • Cycling
